This decaf comes from the Veracruz region of Mexico. Its medium body and chocolate-y flavor makes you forget you're drinking a decaf coffee. The Mountain Water Process is an all natural decaffeination process, using water to separate the caffeine from the coffee bean (similar to Swiss Water Process). These beans are grown in the Veracruz region and decaffeinated in the Descamex facility in Mexico.
